SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations including the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the Australia Post website or the Shop app.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at vassiliou@bigpond.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
